It is not so common in our practice to receive orders for the installation of an industrial floor for a private facility, but this is exactly the case. It was necessary to carry out work for the first floor and the basement.

Based on the results of the on-site inspection and all the collected technical information, the technical solution was as follows: in the basement, a concrete floor without a hardener with combined reinforcement by a reinforcing frame and plastic fiber; on the first floor, a topping floor with combined reinforcement by a reinforcing frame and plastic fiber.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

The reinforcement was carried out by the customer himself. He also provided a stationary concrete pump for pouring.

Usually, an area of about 1,000 m2 can be filled in at one time. But in this facility, due to the large number of rooms and corridors, we divided it into three stages.

Ventilation during the work left much to be desired. Despite such an unpleasant factor, the team coped well with the work.
