THE HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY "PROFTEHPOL"

The history of our company began back in 1997. At that time, the future chief designer of the PROFTEHPOL project, Valery Tsyrelchuk, got a job as a helper in a team of masons. A month later, after the end of the internship, he already began to do the work of a bricklayer. After two years of successful work, Valery was already in charge of his own facility, as a link team, and performed the most complex nodes in brickwork.

During this time, Valery worked at various construction sites in Minsk and the Minsk region, built residential buildings in Leningrad, Leningrad region and even received an invitation to Ireland, having been selected from several hundred masons. But I decided to stay at home!

Having moved to Minsk in 2002 for permanent residence, Valery got a job as a bricklayer in the organization of CJSC BelPSP-Stroy, which was a large general contractor with a staff of about 500 people and carried out major state projects.

In 2003, he entered the Minsk College of Architecture and Civil Engineering for the specialty "Industrial and Civil Engineering", having received the highest passing score on the stream. After 4 years, he graduated with honors.

He was the first student who received a red diploma in this specialty, contrary to the words of the head of the department, who strongly recommended Valery to abandon this idea, since no one had ever succeeded before.

After working for several years as the head of the site, Valery realized that he wanted to realize his potential more. The company "BelPSP-stroy" could not provide him with such an opportunity. Then Valery accepted an invitation to the position of chief engineer in the company "LibertiStroy", which was engaged in the installation of floor coverings made of polymers and synthetic materials.

In 2007, Valery was trained in Berlin at the training center of the company "CAPAROL", having studied all the standard designs of polymer floors that were used at that time. Working as a chief engineer and studying various technologies for the production of industrial floors, Valery insisted on expanding the product line at LibertiStroy. But the owners of the company did not have such goals.

Thus, Valery could not realize all his creative ideas regarding various technologies of industrial floors and decided to open his own company.

CREATING YOUR OWN COMPANY

So, on September 2, 2009, the Budvelles Company appeared, specializing in the device of industrial floors and coverings. The company received all the permits and in the same year a contract was signed with a large state-owned company that was engaged in the supply of the latest technologies for the military and space industry of Russia.

The facility was personally supervised by the President, who during his working visits during the construction of the facility several times noted the high quality of the floors produced by the Budvelles company.

Such success made it possible to receive large large orders on the word of mouth alone, and by 2013 the Budvelles company had become one of the largest companies in the field of industrial floors in the territory of the Republic of Belarus.

So, in 2017, Valery arrived in Moscow to meet his future partners with whom he will create a new company already on the Russian market.

It took some time to get used to working together on current projects, as well as coordinating plans and goals. And in April 2018, the PROFTEHPOL project was founded.

HOW WE WORK

Observation: We interview the client to determine his needs, conduct a survey of existing buildings and structures or structures. Based on the results, we make technical assessments and, as a result, we develop a general technical solution, which is used for drawing up technical specifications for design and calculating the estimated cost.

Planning: After the release of the project, we prepare a detailed technical program for each individual type of work: foundations, walls, floors, engineering networks, and so on. In each item of the program: a description of the method by which the task is solved; the final product to be obtained as a result of solving the problem; the main control indicators; the responsible executor and the deadline.

Transmission of information: At all stages of the full cycle, projects, plans, programs and their parts are transmitted with a minimum number of intermediate points of agreement. The Common Control Center coordinates the activities of designers, production and supervision in such a way that it eliminates any congestion on the communication lines.

Supervision: We carry out our own supervision over the implementation of each step of the technical program. The built-in reporting system allows the monitoring center to monitor the progress of the implementation of technical programs in real time.

Production: The basis of any organization is people! In each area of construction production, responsible performers are involved, who are trained and use advanced technologies of modern production in construction.

Consumers: Ultimately, the benefit of our client: the minimum period from the moment of the idea to the start of operation of the facility, as well as the use of non-standard, but effective solutions in the implementation of the project.

Today we are creating a new generation engineering company specializing in industrial floors, which uses the most advanced technologies.

We are constantly studying the latest developments and technologies, expanding the range of services for the installation of industrial floors.

At the moment, we confidently provide more than twenty different floor designs and coverings. Basically, these are concrete floors and coatings, floors with polymer coatings, polished concrete technology and liquid mineral hardeners technology.

In the first six months, we have arranged floors at more than 27 sites and are expanding more and more every month. This year we have planned to expand at least 20 times!
