For this object, the customer set the following task: to equip a wear-resistant impact-resistant mineral coating designed for a long time of operation, capable of withstanding intense pedestrian loads and dynamic loads from the movement of service vehicles.

After a thorough technical assessment, the front of work was determined: to perform a fiber-concrete screed on a foundation plate with different elevations, with an additional device of HDPE pipes for engineering communications and installation of inspection hatches, a deformation seam device, a ramp device, installation of a curb stone; to perform a monolithic concrete fence of a curved go-kart track; as a coating, to perform a high-strength coating of a colored hardener of dark tones.

DIFFICULTIES IN SETTING UP A FIELD IN THE "DREAM ISLAND" PARK

At almost every stage of the work, we faced various difficulties, such as: the device of a monolithic curb for karting in the form of sections with bends and circles; the device of the joints of the coating from the hardener of different colors, as well as the joints of different types of coatings; in the process of work on the installation of floors, intensive installation work by other contractors; the transfer of the work front individual sites; power supply interruptions; violation of the integrity of the completed floor by teams of other organizations; the presence of height differences and utilities in the floor; the presence of ramps and sidewalks. Thanks to the experience and professionalism of our employees, all difficulties were successfully overcome.

THE RESULTS OF OUR WORK

As a result, a concrete floor was obtained in accordance with the chosen design project. The work was completed on time. Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin himself came to the opening of the world's largest indoor theme park "Dream Island".
