In the winter, a toilet paper company owner approached us with a task to pour a floor in a workshop in Noginsk. The typical project included a 200 mm slab with double reinforcement. However, we proposed a more optimal design by keeping the thickness the same and replacing the reinforcement with steel fiber.

The work was carried out in winter, so the room was additionally heated with heat guns to ensure the required temperature.
The floor design we chose, with steel fiber reinforcement instead of a rebar frame, significantly reduced the client's expenses.
