The owner of the service station applied for the installation of a concrete floor and additional work on the installation of an outdoor ramp and the installation of trays inside.

After making a detailed technical assessment of the facility, our production department, headed by the chief designer, determined such a technical solution – a concrete floor with topping, reinforced with plastic macrofibre and installed water intake trays; an external ramp made of concrete with combined reinforcement.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

Despite the small area of the facility, it turned out to be difficult. Firstly, during the arrival of the brigade for preparatory work, it turned out that in one area the existing grounds did not allow to act according to the plan. The workers left and waited for the customer to carry out the dismantling on their own.

Secondly, here, in addition to the actual installation of a concrete floor with a hardener, we did: an outdoor ramp with preliminary dismantling; installation of trays and sand traps indoors and, as a result, a floor with slopes.

Thirdly, two types of topping were used at the grout stage – ordinary gray for most of the area and colored for two rooms.

OUR RESULTS

If we compare the floor in the car service before work and now, then the difference is huge. Moreover, it is already visible how he shows himself in business, since the object is being exploited with might and main. We hope that over time the customer will appreciate the product of our work.
