This time the object turned out to be an ordinary garage for a car in a private village, the customer, accordingly, is a private person.

Since the object in this case is non-industrial, the floor here was not required industrial. But the technology used was standard – a concrete floor with topping. The difference was that a special emphasis had to be placed on the beautiful appearance of the floor. Therefore, white topping from Rockland was used in the works.

Also, the work plan in the garage included the installation of a tray with a sand trap.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

As mentioned above, one of the stages of the work was to install a tray with a sand trap, which was made to order. We have been waiting for this stainless steel product worth several hundred thousand rubles for 2 weeks. But that's not all – when we received the tray, we found some moments, because of which it had to be sent back for revision. Only when the product was completely ready, we started work.

The difficulty here was that the customer demanded to complete the work before April 1, since after that date the gates for trucks would be closed in the private village. I.e. it would be impossible to drive in there with mixers. We handed over the object completely end-to-end, but on time.

The work was carried out in the locality. Neighbors lived nearby. I had to work at the agreed time.

The customer on his own, even before the start of our work, installed a warm floor over the entire area of the garage. It required careful work on our part so as not to damage anything.
