Floor arrangement ACCORDING TO THE ENGINEERING SOLUTION FOR THE OBJECT: Individual entrepreneur
how we implemented this floor design
FEATURES OF THE WORK
Even before the contract was signed, our specialist visited the site and carried out elevation differences, during which he marked floor levels on the walls and columns. But there was a nuance – almost at the same time there was a painting going on. In order to avoid double work – re-survey - we have agreed in advance with the customer that our marks remain intact.
As always, we carefully selected among the nearby concrete plants the one that met our requirements. The difficulty was that most batching plants didn't have gravel – only dolomite and granite were available.
We rejected dolomite immediately: firstly, it is less durable; secondly, there was no experience working with this type of crushed stone – it was unknown how it would behave under temperature loads.
Therefore, although the client's allocated budget for materials assumed the use of cheaper gravel crushed stone, we, somewhat to our detriment, chose granite. But this decision gave us confidence in the result.
The freshly painted walls and columns were protected with film during the preparation stage to prevent dirt from getting in during the rest of the work.
OUR RESULTS
You can rest assured – now at least one warehouse in the Lublin district is equipped with a modern and durable concrete floor.
