We already made floors for this client in 2024, and now he has applied again. This time the area for work was smaller.
The current base was old concrete covered with a 5-cm layer of insulation. This, as well as the data from the on–site inspection of the facility, made it possible to develop an optimal technical solution – a concrete floor with a hardener and combined reinforcement with mesh and plastic fiber.

The entire area was divided into three premises – one large and two small ones. And their arrangement was such that first half of the largest room had to be filled, then quickly the small ones, and then again the large one, but the other half.
During the pouring, an unusual phenomenon was observed – the concrete solidified much faster than expected. We began to carefully check every moment – the composition of the concrete, the temperature of the room, etc. As a result, we came to the conclusion that this situation arose due to the presence of a layer of insulation over the entire area of the base.
Just like the first time, we made a high-quality concrete floor for the client. We are confident that this will increase the production volumes of his company in the near future.
