It was necessary to carry out work for a truck service station, which consisted of one rectangular room. It was divided into three boxes, two of which had observation pits. And in the area of one of the boxes, the customer planned to make a washing area.

Taking into account all the listed features of the facility, the technical solution was determined as follows: additional work on the installation of metal corners; a concrete floor with a hardening top layer and reinforcement with plastic fiber; a floor with a slope in the washing area.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

Due to the distant location of the object – more than 100 km – the journey took longer than usual.

By the time the work started, it was already cold weather, and the indoor temperature was less than +5 degrees. Together with the customer, the gate openings have been covered with boards and film; heat guns have been installed.

OUR RESULTS

The floor turned out to be beautiful and, more importantly for the customer, resistant to moisture, dust and abrasion.
