The general contractor acted as the customer. The task for this facility is to fill the concrete floor on the production building with a ready–made, connected reinforcement frame. I.e., the general contractor prepared the base and performed reinforcement on his own, and also supplied concrete and a concrete pump himself.

The concrete supplied by the customer turned out to be with additives, which increased its hardening time. For topping, such a factor is unfavorable. Our workers have done their best to minimize the consequences of such concrete. The second difficulty is that the concrete pump broke twice during the installation of the floor. The third difficulty is that a foundation for equipment was previously installed on this site, which made some areas of the floor difficult to access both for pouring and for subsequent processing of topping machines.
Due to several difficulties that arose during different stages of the coating device, we completed the work 10 hours later. Nevertheless, the customer was satisfied with the result and said that, if necessary, he would give a positive recommendation. For us, this production building is the third completed facility in Balashikha.
