We were approached by our already regular client, for whom we had made a topping floor in a warehouse of 8,500 m2 in 2023 and a polymer floor in a production facility in 2024. This time, work was required for two separate warehouse facilities.

The technical solution for each warehouse was chosen differently: for a small room – a concrete floor with an average thickness of 150 mm with a hardening top layer and reinforced with steel fiber; for a large room – a concrete floor with an average thickness of 90 mm with a hardening top layer and reinforced with plastic fiber.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

The previous two times of cooperation with us turned out to be successful for the customer, and therefore this production cycle caused him any worries.

Since there were no openings for the concrete pump route in the small room, the customer cut a hole in the sandwich panel.

We completed two stages of work in one day: preparation before lunch, and filling after lunch.
