At the facility, it was necessary to pour a concrete floor with topping in the production room, as well as make a new ramp.
After conducting a technical assessment, we chose the following technical solution – a concrete floor with a 130 mm thick hardener, reinforced with plastic fiber and reinforcement mesh.

At the stage of signing the contract, the client asked first to make a floor separately, and the next stage – after a while – to arrange a ramp. The fact is that the customer wanted to expand the gate after our work inside, so that we could make a ramp on the new gate. In the end, we agreed on this.
The ramp had its own peculiarities. The area for it turned out to be limited, and the thickness turned out to be very decent – the height from the ground to the concrete surface at the highest point was half a meter. It was necessary to smoothly descend with a lack of space. The customer actively participated in solving this situation – he came to the facility, discussed, offered his options. After consulting with him, we came to the optimal solution and confidently implemented it.
The customer, contacting us, wanted to get a shock-resistant concrete floor resistant to moisture, dust, and abrasion. We have fully provided all the works with the proper level of quality. The client has solved for himself for many years the important task of installing the floor and can now actively focus on his own production.
