A general contractor approached us with the task of making a floor in a private garage. He himself has already completed many works, including preparing and installing trays, laying waterproofing, and wrapping film around those places that could not be soiled.

We were required to fill the concrete floor in a room consisting of three parts. In the left one, it was necessary to make a slope of 2 cm, in the central one – 3 cm, and in the right one to keep one level. The technical solution was selected based on the expected loads and customer needs for the final coating – a 100 mm thick topping floor reinforced with polypropylene fiber.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

Communications were laid along the floor in the central part of the room. For greater strength, a reinforcing mesh was laid over them, since in this place the thickness of the poured concrete turned out to be less.

A checkpoint system operated on the territory of the settlement, and construction equipment could enter the territory only through one of the three checkpoints. The customer provided us with the opportunity to work around the clock due to production necessity: pouring was supposed to take place during the day, and immediately after it at night – grout.

OUR RESULTS

Thanks to us, the general contractor has solved the task of installing high-quality concrete pavement within the framework of the overall complex of works. The end user, in turn, received a reliable floor in the garage of his cottage for many years to use.
