Our regular customer has already ordered works for his fourth object. Shatura city, warehouse area 2 197.58 m2. A rectangular room, the flatness of the floor was planned to be done in an adjacent room, with which it is connected end-to-end by a gate. In the next room, by the way, we also made floors last year.

The technical solution was a concrete floor with a hardener and combined reinforcement with a road mesh and plastic macrofibre.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

The reserve is already experienced, he made a number of preparatory steps on his own in advance: installed lighting in the room; dismantled part of the base; filled in the ditches.

The client had a clear requirement – to start work on Thursday. We started exactly on Thursday with preparatory work, on Friday and Saturday we carried out filling and grout in two stages, and over the weekend we completed the stage of cutting shrinkage seams.

A couple of weeks after the work in the place where the fresh floor joins the neighboring one, a crack formed a little wider than planned. When sealing, we carried out repairs with the help of a repair compound, the strength of which is higher than concrete.
