At the time of the customer's request to our company for the installation of an industrial floor, the object was only a foundation – there were no walls and no roof. After going there and performing a technical inspection, we came to an agreement with the client on cooperation.

The client voiced the following important requirements for the final floor: resistance to moisture, dust, abrasion, and also to glue for the sole – in connection with the production features of the future workshop.

A topping floor with an average thickness of 150 mm reinforced with steel fiber was chosen as a technical solution.

Before starting our work, the customer quickly erected walls, made a roof, carried out heating, and also prepared a sandy base.

Initially, it was agreed that we make smooth floors everywhere. But in the course of one of the stages, the construction of ramps on both sides was agreed upon.

Since the client urgently needed to bring equipment into the building, he asked to perform joint sealing on his own responsibility ahead of time. Understanding the whole situation, we went forward.

OUR RESULTS

The client liked the end result – he was very pleased and said that it was a pleasure to work with us. For us as a company, this is the second facility in the Tula region. We will continue to expand our geography.
