The customer is engaged in the construction of prefabricated buildings for their subsequent leasing. With this type of structures, first of all, the installation of the floor is required, and only then the walls and roof. The customer prepared the crushed stone foundation on his own. We were required to make a concrete floor with topping reinforced with macrofibre.

how we implemented this floor design

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

Since initially there were no walls, the first stage of the work was the installation of formwork around the perimeter. Moreover, it was required to maintain a certain distance from the so-called glass foundations (these are structures where columns are installed), so that in the future it would be possible to assemble walls according to the project.

During the pouring, there was a moment when, in some places under the mixers, the crushed stone base began to be pushed through. This indicated that in those places it was not completely compacted. In the evening, during the pouring, the client called the skating rink back to the object, which had previously leveled everything. They also brought some more rubble, and it turned out that in parallel with the pouring on one side, a skating rink went from the other and put the base in order.

It is worth admitting that there were some roughnesses (for example, in the form of a fiber sticking out in two places), but we have already agreed with the client on a way to settle this point – after the roof of the building is erected, when the floor is dry, we will send a repair team to the object.

OUR RESULTS

For the customer, one of the main factors was the speed of work. And we did not disappoint by making the entire volume in one fill. Thus, the client was able, without wasting time, to continue building the building further.
