WE HAVE SELECTED THE OPTIMAL ENGINEERING SOLUTION

We were contacted by a regular customer, for whom we have made floors in several buildings and premises over the previous years. In this case, it was necessary to make a floor for the production workshop of an almost square shape with pillars with an area of 2,016 m2.

As a technical solution, a concrete floor with a reinforcing top layer was chosen, reinforced with polypropylene fiber over the entire area, and in places with a sandy base additionally reinforced with a road grid.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

On the left and right sides of this room, the floors have already been filled in by us in the past. The customer had a wish that the new floor would be level with them. Since sand was scattered everywhere on the concrete base, we did this – in some places the sand layer was removed to the desired level, and in some, on the contrary, it was poured.

In parallel with our production process, a new tenant was working at the facility (digging a trench, which we had to reinforce on the move) and the customer. We had to take these factors into account, coordinate each stage with them and sometimes shift our work.

OUR RESULTS

At the end of the work, the customer checked the entire area and said that he liked everything. He also noted that we are professionals and know our business. Such words arouse pride and a desire to continue our work, which we will dedicate 2024 to.
