The customer contacted us for the installation of an industrial floor for a basement production facility near Kotelniki metro station. The expected loads were as follows: dynamic – carts with cargo, static – machines weighing from 300 kg to 2.5 tons.

The final selected structure turned out to have a very large margin of safety (as the client wanted): a concrete floor with a white topping with an average thickness of 150 mm, reinforced with a single layer of reinforcement frame and steel fiber.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

One of the difficulties during the production process was that we had to carry reinforcement, topping and other materials manually from the elevator.

There was nowhere to drain the remaining concrete, so special boxes were made – one for the concrete pump and one for the mixers. After the concreting work, a water pumping machine was called; then the workers hollowed out the concrete in a box and finally loaded it into a container.

OUR RESULTS

There were some comments from the client, but we quickly eliminated them and handed over the finished floor for use with characteristics that meet expectations and requirements.
