In the workshop in the city of Zhukovsky, the general contractor performed various works and turned to us for the installation of floors.
Based on the information received about the actual condition of the existing foundation and the planned loads, the following technical solution was determined – a concrete floor with topping, combined reinforcement from a frame with a rod diameter of 8 mm and plastic fiber.

Despite the fact that the general contractor was carrying out other work in the workshop in parallel, it was quite easy to cooperate – he cleared the space for us when necessary; and in other cases, on the contrary, he waited as long as necessary.
The customer himself did the preparation of the foundation, and our foreman went and checked this stage, and also showed where to remove the height and where to add it. But even so, unfortunately, there was a slight overspending of concrete during the pouring. The customer and I have agreed to take on 50% of the resulting amount each. In agreement with him, a slightly thinner floor was poured in the area of the internal gates.
Although this workshop had a small area, the division into many corridors and small rooms complicated the process. It is all the more pleasant after all the work to see a high-quality result in the form of a strong and durable floor.
