The customer of the work at this facility was the general contractor. It was necessary to make industrial floors for two floors, a basement and a mezzanine. The client named the most important parameters of the final coating: resistance to moisture, dust, abrasion; resistance to oil; evenness in the horizon; durability.

For three of the four levels, the technical solution was as follows – a concrete floor with topping of the usual gray color, reinforced with plastic fiber. For the basement, the solution was almost the same, but with one difference – instead of the usual color topping.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

As mentioned above, our customer was a general contractor, and he helped in various moments: For example, with high–rise work - to put corners as a cut-off so that the concrete merges during pouring. Also, formwork was not installed in some places, since the customer's representatives made a wall of gas blocks themselves along the perimeter of the pits.

And in general, it was pleasant to interact and coordinate with the customer at all stages of the production cycle, which greatly facilitated the work.

Due to the structure of the building and several floors, we covered the entire area in 8 fills. But since they followed each other without a break, this stage was quickly completed.
