The customer built a building from sandwich panels of a small area. And, as we understood during the negotiations, he did not know about the topping floor technology earlier. By that time, the foundation concrete slab had already been filled in and even ramps were made that rose to its height.

Initially, the customer planned to cover this self-filled plate with polymer. But such an option would be too expensive and too inefficient – the surface of the slab was not rubbed and was not smooth.

We proposed and subsequently implemented our standard technical solution – a concrete floor with topping reinforced with polypropylene macrofibre.

FEATURES OF THE WORKS

The task at such an object, where there are sandwich walls, is to protect them very much from concrete, since they are extremely difficult to clean. There may even be a need for painting. Therefore, the walls were well protected with a film so as not to splatter.

We first dismantled the existing ramp in length by one and a half meters and made a new one instead to the floor height that turned out after pouring the floor indoors.

OUR RESULTS

The customer received at his disposal a solid, smooth concrete floor. Also, thanks to us, he now has an understanding that in the future, immediately at the stage of manufacturing the concrete slab itself, it is possible to do work with topping, thus saving both time and money.
