In one of the office premises in a non-industrial building, it was necessary to fill the floor. Our classic technical solution was chosen for this object – a concrete floor with topping reinforced with macrofibre.

Finding an object in a residential area created certain difficulties for the work. In particular, pumps and mixers could not get up right in front of the room, as there was a narrow road there, and working equipment prevented the passage of other cars. I had to install a concrete pump 50 meters from the object itself and from there lay pipes and assemble the track.
The production cycle for filling the floor is a continuous process, the duration of which is about a day. Accordingly, part of the work in any case falls at night. Towards late evening, local residents began to approach the object and complain about the noise. I had to use all the communication skills to settle them.
In the room, the windows did not open and there was no ventilation. It was very difficult for the workers, because the cars run on gasoline, and these are carbon monoxide gases. The door was also almost not opened, so that the noise would not come out even more.
Upon completion of the work, the customer had only one complaint – we slightly soiled the sidewalk near the entrance, and he asked to eliminate it. We settled this point pretty quickly. Otherwise, the client had no questions about the quality of the work in relation to the floor, and he accepted the object.
