The general contractor applied to us for the installation of floors for the production building. His main requirement was to get the work done as quickly as possible. Maximum evenness is exactly what the most important parameter of the finished floor was announced.

Based on all of the above and a carefully conducted technical inspection of the facility, our chief designer selected the best technical solution – a topping floor with an average thickness of 10 cm reinforced with polypropylene macrofibre.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

The facility was a detached building with its own territory, which made it easy for cars to enter and leave.

After signing the contract and starting work, a deformation seam was found on the old concrete base. We decided to repeat it and made a seam with corners.

Trays were part of the floor structure. They were installed by the general contractor himself. We filled the floors, exactly docked to the trays, without slopes – in accordance with the customer's technical specifications.

OUR RESULTS

Throughout all the stages, we cooperated with the general contractor and helped each other in every possible way. Thanks to this, the work was done efficiently and quickly.
