The customer contacted us with the task of making a concrete floor for the food court and several technical rooms. We have selected the following technical solution – a concrete floor with topping thickness from 75 mm to 115 mm (average – 100 mm), reinforced with polypropylene macrofibre.

It was a difficult object from the point of view of the very implementation of the project. First of all, the small thickness of the concrete layer. In some places, it was 80 mm, which is the minimum allowed by standard technology. Moreover, there were areas where, due to the lack of other options, it was necessary to make the layer even smaller.
Further, a large number of abutments to various structures are walls, columns, ladders, and floor hatches. We have also committed ourselves to installing special floor hatches – more about them below.
These structures were intended for cleaning, for connecting communications. It was necessary to install a hatch, make a floor abutment to it, and also perform the lid with a concrete floor with a hardener so that everything could be easily opened and taken out later. We engaged a specialist who worked separately on this task.
At the entrances, the floor installation work had to be carried out taking into account the installation of a dirt-proof grate, which also created certain difficulties.
As a result of all the work, the Vnukovo Outlet Village food court received a concrete floor, which added its originality and charm to the overall surroundings. From a technical point of view, we can even say that this is a decorative smooth topping.
