The customer turned to us with the task of making a concrete floor with a hardener in two rooms – a warehouse and a basement. In the first of them there was a curved floor slab. An engineering solution was required that, firstly, would allow it to be leveled; secondly, to make the coating not very thick, so as not to create excessive pressure. At the same time, an important property of the floor had to be strength to withstand future loads.

It was necessary to implement all of the above within the planned budget and as soon as possible, because the object was being prepared for lease. The optimal solution was found – topping concrete floor with macrofibre.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

Transportation to the basement is the only difficulty during work at the facility. There was just an opening between the ground floor and the basement–no elevator or stairs. The problem of moving the equipment was solved with the help of a winch.

OUR RESULTS

In the shortest possible time and completely in accordance with the standard technology, a reliable smooth concrete coating appeared in two rooms. The client and tenants can now rest easy for the floors for many years to come.
