Initially, the customer contacted us and planned that, in addition to installing the industrial floor itself, we would also dismantle the old foundation. But in the end, he decided to make a preliminary step on his own.
The final technical solution was chosen as follows: a concrete floor with a hardening top layer reinforced with plastic fiber, and an internal ramp measuring 4 by 4 meters in front of the largest gate.

As mentioned above, the customer undertook the dismantling of the old foundation. And we, in turn, prepared a sandy base in several places to reduce the excess consumption of concrete.
A trench ran along the entire length of the room, at the bottom of which was a sewer pipe. It was covered with rubble and sand. In this and some other areas, we have laid a road grid for additional reinforcement – about 300 m2 in total.
The main work has been completed, and a modern industrial floor has appeared in the warehouse. Immediately after the concrete sets the required strength, the room can already be used. However, we still have to come to the site and seal the seams, as well as carefully resolve the issue with the covers of the pipes going from the bottom up.
