At this facility, it was necessary to level the existing concrete base, or rather, the surface of the floor slab. It was also necessary to apply a polymer paint coating to this screed. Accordingly, as an engineering solution, we proposed, and the client agreed to a concrete screed and a polymer paint coating.

The main difficulty in the production of these floors was the heterogeneity of the base. In other words, the foundation that was provided to us was not a clean slab. It looked like this: a floor slab, and on it – an old screed. And the old screed was in some places of good quality and strong enough, and in some places it was destroyed.
Where it was destroyed, it had to be additionally dismantled – somewhere on its own, somewhere the customer helped. And then it was necessary to level the places where the dismantling was carried out with other parts of the base with penoplex. Otherwise, there would be too much load on the floor slab, and this is dangerous. On the floor slabs, the thickness of the screed reached up to 26 centimeters, which is a very thick layer. That's why they used penoplex.
The client received the coating necessary for his production tasks in the shortest possible time and of proper quality. He was satisfied. Note that this is not our first or even our second experience with this customer. We look forward to fruitful cooperation in the future.
