For the Snow Queen Castle on the territory of the Dream Island Park, the customer formulated the need as follows – to perform a highly aesthetic seamless polymer coating capable of withstanding intense loads from pedestrians and designed for a long period of operation.

In more detail, the task sounded like this: to perform a fiber-concrete screed on the first and second floors in rooms of complex geometric shape. As a coating, perform a multilayer polymer structure, which includes a decorative film with a color pattern, filled with a high-strength transparent epoxy compound with colored sequins and decorative flocks and coated with a high-strength matte varnish.

DIFFICULTIES IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOR AT THIS FACILITY

There were several difficulties during the installation of floors for this territory of the "Island of Dreams": installation work carried out by other contractors in parallel with us; the difficulty of supplying concrete mix to the object (the castle was far from the installation site of the concrete pump); low temperatures and high humidity; complex configuration of the premises; transfer of the work front in separate sections; power outages; high dust content in the air. Our company was able to cope with every obstacle in the work and get an excellent result.

RESULTS OF WORK

Each stage of the work was done on time with a high level of quality. The Snow Queen can rest easy – her castle now has beautiful floors for many years to come.

As a result, a concrete floor was obtained in accordance with the chosen design project. The work was completed on time. Russian President Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin himself came to the opening of the world's largest indoor theme park "Dream Island".
