We signed the contract with the client for the floor device back in February 2024, and received an advance payment for the materials at the same time. The building itself did not exist at that time, so we had to wait until spring for the customer to erect walls and make a roof.

The floor had to be made on a sandy base, so the technical solution was approved by the chief designer – a concrete floor with topping reinforced with steel fiber. And the complex of works included the installation of trays in front of the gate inside the room.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

The customer prepared the sandy base on his own. Initially, it turned out with large differences. In such a situation, the client would have to spend a lot on concrete to level everything.

We did it easier – we arrived at the facility, conducted a survey and gave its results to the customer. He worked once again on the evenness of the foundation, after which we re-visited the facility, checked it, and only after that we started our work.

Initially, when the building did not exist yet, it was planned to fill it without a concrete pump. In fact, it turned out otherwise – the gate was located not on the short side of the object, but on the long side. When pouring directly from the mixers, they would spoil the base and the film. Therefore, we signed an additional agreement with the client for the rental of a concrete pump.

OUR RESULTS

The right approach in the construction of a new industrial building is to immediately take care of a reliable field with the required production characteristics in order to close this issue for years to come. Our customer did so, and we helped him in this.
