This warehouse is located in the Moscow region near the cities of Vidnoye and Dzerzhinsky. It was necessary to carry out work on the installation of an industrial floor in three stages.
The technical solution was chosen as follows – a concrete floor with topping with an average thickness of 140-150 mm, reinforced with steel fiber.

It was not so easy to take pictures of the differences before drawing up the contract due to the workload of the facility - shelves with goods, as well as a lot of goods between the shelves. But they found a way out and eventually made the necessary measurements.
After the liberation of the square, several destroyed sections of the current concrete foundation were found. They were additionally reinforced with a reinforcing mesh in one layer, having previously signed an additional agreement.
The work was carried out in three separate stages. This was agreed in advance with the customer, since he could not immediately vacate the entire warehouse involved in the production process.
We performed the first two fills on the existing concrete base, but with the third one it turned out differently: the base level was much lower than in the first two sections. Therefore, before pouring, 100 m3 of sand was brought, filled in, leveled and compacted.
The client did the right thing by deciding to invest in his production premises, and now the warehouse in the village of Ostrov has a modern, durable and durable industrial floor.
