The 405 m2 facility was intended as an auto repair shop for heavy trucks – an atypical technical solution. The customer needed a smooth, durable, insulated floor, moreover, resistant to aggressive liquids. The client warned that during the work the coating will be exposed to liquids such as car oil, water, detergent.

After a survey of the premises and a conversation with the customer, all the data on the coating were transferred to the technical department to compile an economical proposal based on a correct engineering assessment.
Taking into account all the nuances and wishes, we decided to install a concrete floor with a hardener, covered with a special protective varnish.
The deadlines for the completion of the work were also important to the customer, so after agreeing on all the issues, we started the first preparation the next day. There were many junctions. In addition, it was necessary to carefully take and pull off the concrete mixture so as not to damage the heat pipes. As a result, the concrete floor turned out to be of high quality, the client was satisfied and received a big discount.
