IDENTIFIED THE MAIN NEEDS OF THE CLIENT

An individual entrepreneur approached us with the task to equip a concrete floor with a reinforcing top layer in Naro-Fominsk. The object was a hangar with an area of 1374.6 m2 on the territory of the Pokonar plant. By the time the customer contacted our company, he had already installed double reinforcement and equipped a vapor barrier on his own. Provision of concrete and concrete pump was also undertaken by the client. We were required to purchase topping, curing, sealer, sealant from materials; of the works, it was necessary to perform the following steps: the device of abutments to the walls, laying, leveling and compacting the concrete mixture, applying and grouting the reinforcing composition of concrete with special equipment, applying moisture-retaining impregnation, cutting and sealing joints.

Since this industrial room is unheated, and the work was carried out in winter at subzero temperatures, a proper microclimate was maintained through the use of 4 cannons placed in the corners.
