The client needed a strong and durable floor for two rooms – a packing production room and a warehouse. In the first of them, it was necessary to take into account the strength for static loads of 2,000 kg / m2, in the second – for dynamic ones in the form of forklifts with a pallet weighing 600-1000 kg and static ones in the form of 4 pallets with an average weight of 600 kg each.

It was necessary to find an engineering solution suitable for the specifics of the client's work – special detergents and chemicals are used in their production cycle. Various coating options were considered – both polymer and topping. As a result, we opted for a classic solution – a concrete floor with macrofibre with a reinforcing top layer.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

There was no concrete node anywhere near the object. During the search, we found several and were already preparing for cooperation, but at the stage of the trip to them and checking, various "shoals" were found, so we continued the search. After putting a lot of effort, we found a suitable node. We went to him, checked (including all legal aspects), and as a result, during the work with the concrete supply, everything was in order.

OUR RESULTS

All stages were completed on time. As a result of the work, the client was satisfied. Separately, he noted the politeness of the workers. For us, this is the first facility in the Tver region. The beginning is laid – more is coming!
