WE HAVE FOUND AN ECONOMICAL SOLUTION FOR THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOR FOR THE WAREHOUSE
After the inspection of the premises, our specialist sent all the data on the old coating to our technical department. Based on these data, we proposed a technology using steel fiber instead of a structure using reinforcement mesh. Steel fiber, unlike reinforcing mesh, is an order of magnitude cheaper, since it does not take a long time to knit and install on supports. Also, it is not inferior in the final strength of the concrete floor, and in some respects even better.

According to our technical program, we divided the entire object into 6 maps and positively filled each of them. At the same time, the customer carried out constant monitoring, since he had already "burned himself" on a substandard field. But after pouring several of them, he, seeing our professionalism, calmed down and trusted our foreman and how he controls the process.

As a result, we filled in the facility on time and received an industrial floor for a warehouse of excellent quality, all according to our technical program written by our chief engineer.
