DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT AND THE CLIENT'S NEEDS

The object was planned for a retail space with a total area of 106 m2. The timing was very important to the client, the task was to fill the entire area in one shift. Small loads were planned for the floor: people would walk on the coating, and in some places there would be furniture and shelves for flowers. The customer also noted that the floor should be flat, have a color like in car parks and a warranty of at least two years.

FLOOR ARRANGEMENT FOR A FLOWER SHOP IN MOSCOW

According to the provided scheme, the height differences along the old base reached up to 40 mm, the base was quite old, unusable. Having agreed on the stages of the floor arrangement, we started work. And, as previously mentioned, the work should be completed the next day. The technology was used as standard with the use of guiding beacons and with polypropylene fiber and additional reinforcement with reinforcing mesh. Topping was applied mechanically at a rate of 3.5 kg per 1 m2.

RESULTS OF THE WORK

As a result of the work, the client received a smooth concrete floor with a hardener. The work was completed in just one working day. According to our forecasts, the coating will last at least twenty years.
