The work was carried out in November 2018. There was a plus temperature outside, which contributed to the stable production of work without delays. The room was planned as an office. Accordingly, the client needed high aesthetic characteristics, as well as evenness with an error of no more than 2 mm per 3 m2 of area.

At this facility, the filling was carried out according to the customer's project. We used a technology using polypropylene fiber. The base of the fourth floor consisted of a floor slab, as a result of which it was impossible to install guiding beacons, since the slab could not be drilled. We solved the problem by using the technology of liquid beacons, which is more complicated, but the evenness is not inferior to the first.
I would like to note that the building was operational even on weekends, and therefore we had to work only after 6 pm so as not to disturb anyone.
The work was carried out in cramped conditions on the fourth floor of the building, as the premises were of a small area. When feeding the pipes of the concrete route, they had to be carefully placed in a small window opening, without touching the power lines. Also, due to the narrow doorways, we had to abandon the use of two-rotor grout machines and carry out work on grout topping with conventional single-rotor machines.
Despite all the inconveniences, the object was delivered on time. We took the concrete mixture in one evening, and in the morning the concrete coating was already ready. As a result of the work, the client received a high-quality office floor with high aesthetic characteristics.
