At the facility, the client planned to make a photo and video studio, which will consist of a corridor and two rooms. It was necessary to make a flat concrete floor of standard technology.

After a survey and examination by a specialist, it was decided to dismantle the old base of the corridor, which consisted of expanded clay concrete, and pour a new industrial coating with a hardener.
Fibro-concrete floor technology, unlike reinforced with reinforcement, has a number of advantages. A single armature works only for the bottom or only for the top, and a double one will be a good blow to the budget. The fiber works all over the base and in some respects surpasses the reinforcing mesh, namely:
The technology we have proposed has reduced the cost by 22.1%, because steel fiber is cheaper than rebar. It significantly reduces the production time, because it does not need to be reinforced with a reinforcing mesh. At the same time, concrete is already supplied with fiber.
After agreeing on all stages of work, we began to install a concrete floor. In one of the rooms, the height differences reached up to ten centimeters, which was an additional difficulty.
There were also three doorways that needed to be adjusted to one mark, all areas at the doors were with additional reinforcement with reinforcement mesh, and all the necessary slopes were made.
As a result of the work, the customer received a smooth concrete coating with topping for the photo studio. There were no claims and complaints.
