DESCRIPTION OF THE OBJECT AND THE CLIENT'S NEEDS

The facility consisted of two industrial warehouses with an area of 955 m2. The premises were located far enough away from the concrete plant – a 40-minute drive to the facility. In order to receive the concrete mixture smoothly, we had to carefully monitor the person responsible at the concrete node. The base of the floor consisted of an old concrete screed, which crumbled in places. The differences reached up to 70 mm . The client needed a flat, dust-free concrete floor.

how we implemented this floor design

INSTALLATION OF A FLOOR FOR A WAREHOUSE IN ZARAYSK

The work was carried out in the warm season, which contributed to the rapid solidification of the concrete mixture. For this project, we applied the technology with the use of metal fiber of the Belgian concern "Beckart". In the case of this object, the option with the use of steel fiber was the most optimal, since it satisfied all the needs of the client. The old and crooked base was covered with sandy soil in order to bring the floor height to the marks specified by the client. The customer also indicated a slope towards the gate along the entire length up to 200 mm. Within two weeks, we completed work on two warehouses

THE RESULT OF OUR WORK

All the works and wishes of the client were fulfilled. Two warehouses were delivered on time and with high-quality concrete coating.
