The client turned to us with the task of making a concrete floor with topping for a large warehouse with an area of almost 1000 m2. At this facility, it was planned to install several machines weighing 1.5-3 tons, as well as the movement of cars. Accordingly, the strength of the finished floor had to correspond to these loads, and the coating had to have high wear resistance. Initially, the customer considered the option of hardening due to double reinforcement. We carefully studied the object, its features and the needs of the client, and then chose the best solution – a concrete floor with steel fiber.

DIFFICULTIES IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOR AT THIS FACILITY

First of all, it was necessary to eliminate the irregularities of the base in order to minimize the differences in the thickness of the floor slab when pouring. Also, the deadlines were "pressed" – in 8 days it was necessary to carry out the entire volume of the technological process. The work was carried out continuously – both day and night.

THE RESULTS OF OUR WORK

Our further cooperation with AST-Plast depended on the quality of work performed at this facility. We have coped with the task and now we are fully counting on the next front of work. Thanks to the choice of a more economical technology, 428,565 rubles were saved for the client.
