TECHNOLOGY OF THE DEVICE OF A CONCRETE FLOOR FOR A WAREHOUSE
Having received the consent from the client to conduct a technical assessment, our specialist made all the necessary measurements at the facility and sent it to the technical department of PROFTEHPOL for confirmation.
Based on the data obtained, the chief engineer provided the client with an economical solution for his project, a concrete floor with a 100 mm thick hardener and additionally reinforced with construction micro-reinforcing fiber.
ADVANTAGES OF TECHNOLOGY AND HOW WE MANAGED TO MINIMIZE COSTS
This technology with the use of polypropylene fiber at maximum loads of about 5 tons is ideal both for operation, as it is distributed over the entire thickness of the concrete mixture, and for budget savings, since it excludes a number of works and materials, such as the purchase of reinforcement, binding of reinforcement mesh, purchase of a holder support for reinforcement mesh, and so on.
Thanks to this, we managed to reduce the cost of the project by 27% and save the customer 310,300 rubles.
INSTALLATION OF A FLOOR FOR A WAREHOUSE IN MOSCOW
After signing the contracts and shaking hands, we got to work. We note that the object is typical, of the difficulties we encountered only with sub-zero temperatures at the entrance to the warehouse, where, according to the project, we arranged a large ramp. To solve this problem, we have created a greenhouse at the entrance.
THE RESULT OF OUR WORK
In general, there were no special difficulties at this facility, we successfully passed the facility. The client received a high-quality concrete coating for his needs.
