The client asked us to send him a commercial proposal for the installation of a self-leveling concrete floor for a warehouse with a price per square meter. A quick response was expected from us, so initially it was not possible to carry out a visit to the facility and perform a technical assessment. The main needs for the client were: an inexpensive budget, a beautiful appearance, as well as strength and durability – cars will drive around the warehouse. After considering all the characteristics of the object and the customer's wishes, we chose a fiber-reinforced concrete coating with topping.

DIFFICULTIES IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE FLOOR AT THIS FACILITY

There was a very difficult terrain at this facility, which made it very difficult to calculate the required amount of concrete. The second difficulty turned out to be that with such an uneven surface, it was necessary to take into account all possible loads that would be on this floor so that it would retain its integrity and attractive appearance in the future. Also, extremely tight deadlines became a significant obstacle during the work – urgency was important to the client.

WHAT HAPPENED IN THE END

Each stage was done in time. The client received a strong, durable and pleasant-looking concrete floor with topping. The savings amounted to 134,347 rubles.
