Floor arrangement ACCORDING TO THE ENGINEERING SOLUTION FOR THE OBJECT: OLYMP-CITY LLC
how we implemented this floor design
TECHNICAL SOLUTION FOR THIS OBJECT
At this facility, the floor was filled in according to the technical solution of the customer. The loads were planned to be up to 5 tons using a forklift truck. On the second floor there was an overlap with a metal profiled sheet, so it was decided to apply the technology using a double reinforcement mesh.
Fiber-reinforced concrete technology for this object is not suitable in design, since the ceiling would collapse without a metal frame.
HOW WE ARRANGED THE FLOOR IN THE WAREHOUSE
The work was carried out in the spring. Due to the favorable geographical location, the supply of concrete mix was carried out smoothly, which allowed us to complete the floor installation 2 days earlier.
On the ground floor, in some places, the height differences reached 50 centimeters. Access to the second floor was either by a narrow staircase or through an elevator opening. A two-rotor grout machine weighing about 600 kilograms was needed for the area of the second floor with an area of 600 m2.
To solve this problem, we additionally ordered a winch for the object, but since there was no reason to screw the winch with bolts, we decided to weld it to a metal beam. As a result, we successfully lifted the heavy tool to the second floor.
THE RESULT OF OUR WORK
Despite the difficulties of the first floor with a crooked base and the problem of equipment delivery, the work was done efficiently and delivered on time. The client received a ready-to-use warehouse for production purposes.
The stages of the floor arrangement and the final result are shown in the photo below.
