When identifying the needs of the client, the following task was set: we need a smooth, durable, clean, concrete floor for the warehouse. Six-meter racks will be installed at this facility. The planned load on the rack is six tons. We chose the technology of concrete topping floor with preliminary removal of soil.

The floor was heterogeneous, so the filling was carried out in two stages. The work was carried out at subzero temperatures, which became the main difficulty. At the solidification stage, a number of measures were taken to increase the temperature inside the room; the ramp was insulated; a heat gun was installed.
The client received a high-quality concrete coating that meets construction standards. Due to the use of microfiber instead of reinforcing mesh in most of the warehouse (except for the entrance), we were able to save 327,421 rubles.
