IDENTIFIED THE NEEDS OF THE CLIENT

In December 2019, Alexey Sergeevich turned to us with a request: "We are interested in topping floors, high-quality and inexpensive coating." The premises are located in the Moscow region – Istra district. Warehouse loads are planned at the facility with an area of 864.7 m2, electric cars will drive. We chose a technology – a concrete floor with a reinforced top layer, reinforced with fiber.

The customer planned to repair the floors by the end of the year – at the time of the request, construction work was still underway at the facility. At the end of April, we signed a contract and started work.

DIFFICULTIES DURING WORK

Height differences of up to 30 cm are the only difficulty of this object. It was eliminated by removing part of the asphalt on one side, where the surface is higher, and filling and tamping sand on the other side, where the surface is lower.
