Our task was to fill an industrial concrete floor with a hardener before the New Year. The deadline for completion was until December 29 inclusive. The time to complete all the stages (from the delivery of materials and equipment to the cutting of seams) was seven days to make 802 m2 meters turnkey.

Initially, the client's project assumed a floor reinforced with metal fittings. Having examined the premises by the specialists of PROFTEHPOL LLC and having studied the requirements and wishes of the client for the future coating, we proposed the construction of a steel-fiber concrete floor with a reinforcing top layer instead of the design that other contractors prescribed in the project.
Of course, this solution is not suitable in all cases. A lot depends on both the foundation and the requirements for the future gender. To find out, it is necessary to make a thorough examination of the premises. The company "PROFTEHPOL" provides the service absolutely free of charge. In the case of this project, the option with steel fiber was optimal, because it met all the requirements, and from a technical point of view it was even better and at the same time cost much cheaper than reinforcement.
The steel-reinforced concrete floor technology, unlike reinforced with reinforcement, has a number of advantages. A single armature works only for the bottom or only for the top, a double one will be a good blow to the wallet. The technology we have proposed has reduced the cost by 34.6%, because steel fiber is cheaper than rebar. It significantly reduces the production time, because there is no need to reinforce with reinforcement mesh. At the same time, concrete is already supplied with fiber.
Having agreed on all the issues, we got down to business and started pouring the workshop in Aprelevka.
The object was quite light: a solid clearing without columns, a crane beam was used to move the equipment, which was located inside the room.
Also, we note that the object was distinguished by an advantageous geographical location – there was a concrete node just a hundred meters away from it, which allowed taking concrete without delay. Also nearby was the Temple of the Prophet of God Elijah. He inspired the employees, and they did a wonderful job. The concrete was accepted and laid in just one shift.
Upon delivery of the object, the customer received a high-quality concrete floor for the production room.
