The facility was planned as a warehouse of furniture products using loaders on rubber wheels and racks up to 6 meters high. The client wanted to get a solid, smooth, dust-free concrete floor.

Having examined the premises by our specialists and having learned all the needs of the customer, we decided to offer to use a building micro-reinforcing element, better known as "polypropylene fiber".
It turned out that according to the customer's project, a concrete floor with a double reinforcing mesh was planned. By offering our design, we have significantly saved the client on the device of industrial coating for the warehouse.
Fibro-concrete floor technology, unlike reinforced with reinforcement, has several advantages. A single armature works only for the bottom or only for the top, and a double one will be a good blow to the wallet. The fiber works all over the base and in some respects even surpasses the reinforcement mesh, namely:
The technology we have proposed has reduced the cost by 41.1%, because fiber is cheaper than rebar. It significantly reduces the production time, because it does not need to be reinforced with a reinforcing mesh. At the same time, concrete is already supplied with fiber.
When filling the floor, the warehouse complex worked normally. Having agreed on the stage of work with the customer, we decided to divide the concrete map into parts, thereby not interfering with the further work of the enterprise and not involving an additional team on our part. However, the installation of the concrete floor took 7 days.
When handing over the object, the client was satisfied, subsequently wrote a review about our company. For our part, we note that we are sincerely glad to cooperate with such clients.
