At this facility, the customer needed a new, smooth coating for production purposes. The operation of the building was not interrupted during the work. The concrete mix was supplied to the sixth floor using a concrete pump with an arrow.

Initially, according to the client's project, an industrial floor with a double reinforcing mesh was supposed. After the inspection of the premises by our specialist, it was decided to abandon the reinforcing mesh, since it was not needed for the customer's operating conditions and it was possible to save money. We suggested using the technology with the use of construction micro-reinforcing fiber, because it is more economical and almost as good as reinforcement mesh.
Fibro-concrete floor technology, unlike reinforced with reinforcement, has a number of advantages. A single armature works only for the bottom or only for the top, a double one will be a good blow to the wallet. The fiber works all over the base and in some respects surpasses the reinforcing mesh, namely:
The technology we have proposed has reduced the cost by 30%, because fiber is cheaper than rebar. It significantly reduces the time of work, because there is no need to reinforce with a reinforcing mesh. At the same time, concrete is already supplied with fiber.
After agreeing on the stages of work, we started filling the room. The concrete mix was supplied to the sixth floor of an industrial building. The differences of the old base reached 60 mm . In addition, we needed to arrange two ramps to ensure that the new floor adjoins the existing one.
According to the results of the work, the client received a new concrete base. In addition, the client managed to save a significant amount of 93,700 rubles on the floor device.
