2025 was a breakthrough year for our company in terms of repeat orders from regular customers. This project is one of them. A durable load-bearing floor was needed in a prefabricated workshop with a sand base.
Thanks to engineering, a suitable design was selected: a concrete floor with a hardening top layer. The average slab thickness is 15 cm, reinforced with steel fiber and further reinforced by a rebar cage above the pipe.

Two years ago, a lot of things happened during the work in the adjacent room (you can read more about it on the corresponding page of that project). This time, everything went much more smoothly.
The client was working on the site, laying sewer pipes under the foundation and preparing it for pouring. Temperatures dropped below freezing, and we informed the client that heating was needed.
He organized a diesel cannon, brought in the fuel, and ensured that the necessary conditions were maintained. By the time the concrete was poured, the base was already sufficiently warm, and afterwards, it remained at a comfortable 10–12 °C.
The floor that we made in 2023 looks and functions very well. This time, we completed our work with more experience and knowledge, so we are confident that the structure is even more reliable and of higher quality.
