For the warehouse on the ground floor, it was necessary to carry out work on the installation of a concrete floor. As in all other cases, when a customer contacts our company, the first step is to conduct a detailed survey of the facility. All the data obtained during the call and subsequent visit to the warehouse itself were transferred to the design department.

This division prepared the optimal solution – a concrete floor with an average thickness of 13 cm with a strengthening top layer, reinforced with plastic fiber over the entire area; in several places with pits it was necessary to prepare a sand base and additionally strengthen them with a reinforcement frame.

FEATURES OF WORKS

The places with the pits the customer himself cleared of debris, and we already filled them with sand and compacted. We did not use a vibrating plate, as you can not really drive it around on such a small area. Used a wooden plank and hit it with a hammer.

The main difficulty at the pouring stage was that many other organizations were located on the site. The whole quest was to determine a specific date and time for work.

The area behind the parking lot was chosen as a place to wash the mixers and drain the remaining concrete. It was not possible to carry out the work during working hours due to the parked cars.

There was an option to schedule the pouring in the evening, but the concrete plant was not eager to work overtime due to the small volume of concrete. In the end, we found a compromise: the concrete was laid between 17 and 18 hours, when some of the cars were already leaving the parking lot.

OUR RESULTS

The customer was satisfied with the final product. For our company, this project became the fifth in Podolsk, and there is a strong feeling that still not everywhere in this city has good industrial floors.
