A customer approached us with the task of making an industrial floor at an object in the Shchelkovsky city district. His intention was to lease this warehouse after all the work.

Since the future production loads were unknown at the time of the negotiations, the client asked to "calculate to the maximum." The technical solution was chosen as follows – a concrete floor of an average thickness of 18 cm with a hardener and reinforcement with steel fiber.

FEATURES OF THE WORK

The customer prepared the sandy base himself. After completing this stage, a specialist went to check on us, and strong fluctuations were found. If they had left everything as it is and began to prepare the base for pouring, the client would have had to pay about 600,000 rubles more for concrete.

Therefore, we postponed the already planned filling and waited for the customer to bring the base into a more or less suitable condition. As a result, the overspending of concrete during pouring still happened, but not as much as it could have.

In front of the gate, the client decided to further strengthen a small area with a reinforcement cage. We did not interfere in any way, because this does not contradict the standard technology.

The average thickness of the concrete was 18 cm. When cutting seams, a large seam cutter was used to ensure the desired depth. After the work, there was a lot of dust and dirt on the floor. The client asked to settle this point, so a worker came from us again and cleaned the territory.

OUR RESULTS

The entire production cycle went quite smoothly. We are satisfied with the results of the work, and so is the customer. We wish him to find a good tenant as soon as possible!
